A small group Waldorf/ Forest school inspired half-day class. A maximum of 10 students, ages 5-9, will spend time adventuring in the outdoors, reading and writing about seasonal themes, playing math games and working on handcrafts and art projects.
This class will meet grade level anchor standards visual arts, language arts and science. Students will create a portfolio of 3D and written work that demonstrates practice and growth in these content areas.
The materials fee is built into the cost of this class. At the end of the 11 weeks, students will take home all completed projects as well as their own nature journals and set of crayons/ colored pencils.
This class will be reimbursable through most home school allotment programs at the end of the instructional period.
